Terms of Service

Log Habit is a personal habit and activity tracking application available at loghabit.online. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

You need a Google account to sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Log Habit.

Log Habit offers a monthly plan at ₹49, a yearly plan at ₹299, and a lifetime purchase at ₹599. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Every new account gets a one month free trial; you are not charged during the trial.

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. The lifetime purchase is a single payment with no renewal. Prices may change with notice; changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.

Payments are collected by Razorpay. By subscribing you authorise the recurring charge for your chosen plan. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be paused until payment succeeds.

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse engineer it, no unauthorised access to other accounts, no unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, and no gaming or manipulating the weekly league. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your habits, notes, and logs belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, and display that content back to you as part of running the service.

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free data. Log Habit is not a medical, financial, or professional advice service; nothing in the app should be treated as such advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using Log Habit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
